Plate I Today — the daily checklist

Pick a program. Do your rituals. Mark them off. Better together.

Nº 01

Gentle, or not
gentle at all.

Everlune ships seven programs. They are not levels to climb — they are seven different answers to the same question, and you are the one who answers it. You set the intensity, so it never has to be all-or-nothing.

The gentle 75

Gentle, sustainable habits you can keep.

Everlune 75 · 75 days · 5 habits · Balanced

The strict 75

Strict & no-excuses — miss a day, start over.

The Hard 75 · 75 days · 5 habits · Intense

Contents — ordered gentle to intense

The seven programs Everlune ships, ordered from gentlest to most intense, with their length, number of daily habits and character.
Program Days Habits Character
Soft Reset A soft landing back into your rhythm. 30 4 Gentle
Quiet Mind Slow down, unplug, and clear the noise. 30 4 Mindful
Glow From Within Hydrate, nourish, and rest your way radiant. 60 4 Radiant
Morning Glow Own your mornings before the world wakes up. 21 4 Focused
Everlune 75 The signature Gentle, sustainable habits you can keep. 75 5 Balanced
Strong & Steady Build real strength — no burnout, just consistency. 42 5 Active
The Hard 75 Strict & no-excuses — miss a day, start over. See the footnote below the table. 75 5 Intense
The Hard 75 card as it appears in the Everlune program picker: the title, the line “Strict and no-excuses — miss a day, start over”, and the summary 75 days, 5 habits, intense.
Plate II The Hard 75, as the app presents it

On “miss a day, start over.” That is The Hard 75’s own rule — the ethos you sign up to, written in the app, and a promise you make to yourself. Everlune never resets a challenge for you. Pausing, resuming and restarting are always yours to choose, in every program.

Or write
your own.

Every program is a starting point, not a contract. Edit the habit list until it sounds like your life, set your own length, and choose the day you begin.

  • Customise the habits in any program
  • Choose your own length and start date
  • Pause, resume or restart whenever you decide
  • Seven programs from 21 to 75 days, four or five habits each

Nº 02

How it works

Four tabs — Today, Kitchen, Circle, You. Almost everything happens on the first one, and ticking your rituals off takes seconds.

  1. Begin in a minute

Enter a first name, answer three questions, choose a program, pick its length and a start date. That is the whole setup. There is no login, no password, no email and no social account to connect.

  2. Do your rituals

Four or five small things, listed for the day. Nothing to plan, nothing to score. The Kitchen tab keeps 107 recipes across Mornings, Lunch, Snacks and Dinners for the days you need an idea, and you can bookmark the keepers.

  3. Mark them off

Tap each ritual as you finish it and Everlune keeps the time you did it. Attach a photo as proof if you want to, and add a daily selfie. Current streak, longest streak and completion rate sit quietly behind it all.

Nº 03

Your circle

A circle is not an audience. It is a handful of people who know what you said you’d do today, and who are quietly glad when you do it.

The Everlune Circle screen on an iPhone: the heading Your circle with Friends and The Edit tabs, and a friend card for Camille on Day 3 of Everlune 75 with three of five rituals ticked and a Hold to cheer her on button.
Plate IV Circle — a friend’s day, live
Added by invitation
Friends join your circle with an eight-character invite code you give them. There is no public directory and no user search.
Her day, as it happens
See which day she is on, which rituals she has ticked, and the time she ticked them.
Cheering
One tap sends her encouragement and lands on her phone. Once per friend, per day — enough to mean something.
Glimpses
A Stories-style look at a friend’s photo of the day, with “seen by” and a one-tap light.
The Edit
A daily editorial screen: an affirmation, a journal prompt, a recipe of the day, a movement idea and a mood image. The journal is private and never shared.
Discover
Public community groups with a shared photo feed, for when your circle wants to be a little wider.

Day 12

  • CamilleDay 3 · Everlune 75
  • MaddyDay 41 · The Hard 75
  • AnnaDay 8 · Quiet Mind

Press and hold — just like in the app.

No chat.
No messages.

Just one tap that says: keep going.

There is no feed to perform on and no leaderboard to climb. Encouragement is a single gesture — held down, once per friend, once a day — and it arrives on her phone while she is still in the middle of her day.
